RETURNS 

To return your merchandise, email us at shop@nataliaallen.com to request a Return Number. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Number.

Your returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of the shipment date. Your item cannot be worn, dirty or damaged.

All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping and must be returned in its original condition, with tags attached.

Issuance of a Return Number does not guarantee a refund. There may be situations where only partial refunds are granted, or no refund at all.

All refunds are dependent on receipt of the returned merchandise within the allotted return period and in its original condition.

EXCHANGES

We will happily accept exchanges for different sizes, colors or styles as long as the return policy outlined is adhered to.

If your item is damaged or defective, and you wish to exchange it for the exact style, size and color, please state that when initiating your exchange.

Remember, all returns and exchanges are initiated by emailing shop@nataliaallen.com and requesting a Return Number.

SHIPPING

To return your merchandise, please mail it to: Natalia, Inc., ATTN Returns, PO BOX 286480, 1617 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10128. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your merchandise. Please utilize an insured and traceable form of shipping when sending returns or exchanges. 

REFUNDS

Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping & handling is non-refundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check with your bank or credit card company because it may take some time before your refund officially posts.

There is often some processing time among the banks before a refund is posted to the recipients account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us at shop@nataliaallen.com.
